In honor of Labor Day, we will celebrate the workers who toiled in the mines and in the various industries here in Oxford during the 18th through 20th centuries. We will have special exhibits with artifacts and displays throughout the main floor of the museum for visitors to view.
Museum tours of the main floor begin at 1pm with last tours starting at 3:30pm.
The museum closes at 4pm.

Limited on-site parking (including two designated handicap parking spaces closest to the boardwalk). Our driveway and back parking are opened. Please drive slowly as the surface is loose rock. The back parking has limited spaces. If it is filled, please park in town and walk over (Washington Ave. past the stone church). Please be aware that Wall Street has very limited and timed parking. It is suggested that visitors park on Washington Ave., past the stone Methodist church, and walk over.
